Having recently brought the exciting news that Swimathon 2020 will soon be BACK in the form of a fully virtual event this year, giving our participants until Saturday 31 October to complete their challenge, we can’t wait to see our swimmers get back to the water!
In our excitement to get back to our local pool or open water venue, there are still a few things we should all pay attention to after a period of time away from the water. It’s important we ease ourselves back gently and listen to our bodies, as well as of course adhering to all new guidelines set out by our venues. It’s about being flexible and patient as we support our amazing UK swimming facilities in their return.
