During the first lockdown, Swimathon President and Olympic Gold-Medallist; Duncan Goodhew, put together a series of morning stretch routines for you to follow to keep swim ready without a pool.

This time around, we have collated all of the videos below for you to continue to stretch, ready for the pool to reopen!
